Vendor services
There are many digital curation tool registries in existence. The Community Owned digital Preservation Tool Registry (COPTR) contains descriptions of a very wide range of tools useful for long term digital curation and collates the knowledge of the digital curation community on preservation tools in one place.
Furthermore, there are many systems available that could be described as occupying the digital preservation solution niche. This list collated by the 4C Project is by no means exhaustive, but it gives a flavour of the systems—both commercial, open source and hybrid—that are currently available.
